The newly unveiled special PV opens with the voice of a suspicious man saying, “It’s a simple job anyone can do — only for three days…” The video follows three women whose ordinary lives suddenly spiral out of control and lead them into gold smuggling: Wakako (played by Kasumi Arimura), a mother of two who is suddenly burdened with debt after learning of her husband’s embezzlement and dismissal; Kiyoe (played by Haru Kuroki), a researcher struggling to repay 6 million yen in student loans; and Mayu (played by Sara Minami), an unmarried pregnant woman with no savings.

As behind-the-scenes footage from the film’s large-scale location shoot in Singapore is woven throughout the PV, “Ariamaru Tomi” begins to play, and the song’s lyrics gradually resonate with the film’s imagery. By repeatedly smuggling gold bars — symbols of wealth themselves — the three women attempt to rebuild their lives. But does true wealth really await them at the end of their journey?
